Are NIABRAZE online order transactions safe and secure?
Financial transactions on the NIABRAZE e-store are extremely safe and secure for customers. All transactions are handled through a PayPal interface where your information is protected with state-of-the-art anti fraud technology. What payment options do I have?
Currently you have two options when ordering online through the NIABRAZE e-store. By credit card, or using a PayPal account. Both options are handled using a PayPal interface to ensure that your financial information is secure. When will my order be shipped?
Once an online order is completed, in-stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days. Other listed products that are part of our standard offering, but are not in-stock will ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Are there shipping charges?
Yes, shipping charges will be applied to your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and delivery method. These shipping costs are calculated through UPS and will be added to your order total at checkout.
How can I earn discounts on NIABRAZE products?
NIABRAZE customers may be rewarded with discount opportunities. Typically a discount may be rewarded for customer feedback after an order has been placed. For more information regarding online discounts, please email NIABRAZE.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all unused products. If for any reason a product is defective, that policy is extended to 90 days, to replace the defective product only. Please see below for full return/refund policy details.

How do I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled prior to being processed in our warehouse. Please note that we try to fulfill your order in the most timely manner possible and may not be able to cancel it once processed.

What is your return policy?
Return Instances
You may return a product which was purchased on the NIABRAZE e-store in any of the following instances:
1. Return of Product Within 30 days of Purchase
Unused products, which were ordered on the NIABRAZE e-store may be returned within 30 days of purchase. For a return to be accepted, you must provide us with your order confirmation and invoice. It is also necessary that all products are shipped back to NIABRAZE at:

If your return claim is made within 30 days of order placement, a full refund of the product will be issued. *This does not include shipping costs
2. Defective Product Returned Within 90 Days of Delivery
If the unused NIABRAZE product you have ordered is incorrect or features a major defect such as the incorrect grit size, portions which are not properly plated, areas that are severely damaged, etc. Then a return may be issued for up to 90 days.
For a return to be accepted you must provide us with your order confirmation and invoice. The return may only be issued if your claim is made within 90 days of product. We will replace the defective product once the claim has been made and processed.
When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned products.
