NIABRAZE diamond band saws use a specially formulated steel backing with a guaranteed weld to offer strong beam strength, precise cutting, minimal material loss, and superior life. Continuous, scalloped, and segmented edges are available for band lengths up to 60 feet (20 meters).

English and Metric Dimensioned Blades for Production Cutting

NIABRAZE electroplating process bonds a highly concentrated mono-layer of diamond to the base steel circular blade using a nickel matrix. Diamond encapsulation is approximately 50% to ensure proper adherence while still have the other 50% of the crystal exposed to cutting. This creates an efficient and aggressive cut and long blade life.
