NIABRAZE works with equipment manufacturers, material manufacturers, high volume production operations, and tooling suppliers to provide customized customized solutions. Process flexibility allows us to offer customized variations of our current products, and in some cases fully customized tools. Our expertise in electroplating and brazing enables us to provide the same durable, high quality tooling as we do on our standard products. We have unique capabilities for large sized items up to 48 inches (1220 mm) diameter diamond coated circular saw blades and wheels, and 60 foot (20 meter) band saw blades.

Customization may include, but is not limited to:

• Metric or English dimensional variations of our standard products listed.
• Grit size.
• Grit mix.
• Complete custom dimensioned plates and shapes.
• Electroless plating to improve surface lubricity.
• Private labeling for equipment manufacturers and tooling suppliers.
